My favorite road trip is 10 hours east from Caracas, driving along the magical Caribbean coast to the Paria Peninsula and the quiet villages of Rio Caribe. Made from special beans grown there, this delicious chocolate is a taste adventure with complex nutty and coffee notes. That's why I handcraft my chocolate from bean to bar to recreate the amazingly unique flavors of the world's great cocoas. Everything is made in small batches that take up to 21 days at low temperatures, whereas industrial chocolate is made in a matter of hours.
