As a general rule, products purchased from our store are treated as "personal imports" and are shipped directly to you from the UK. Please note that as these are personal imports, we cannot ship to corporate addresses or destinations .

Packages from overseas may be subject to customs duties and import consumption tax at the time of customs clearance . The amount of tax is not determined at the time of ordering, but is determined at the time of customs clearance, so please pay the delivery person when you receive the product.

If you are using DHL with a tracking number, please contact DHL directly.

If you use Royal Mail without tracking, the normal delivery time is 10 to 18 days from the date of shipment, but if you have not received your item within 6 weeks of the date of shipment, please contact us through the shop chat or email us at info@kenzenuk.com . We will respond promptly. Please note that we respond to inquiries on weekdays from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Japan time, so we will respond the next day outside of these hours.
