A long-forgotten flavourIf the Aztecs had milk chocolate, this is how I would imagine they would have made it. Smooth as silk, with notes of cocoa dancing with the milk in a perfect layering. All my chocolate is made "bean-to-bar" from the world's great single estate cocoas, each with their own rich flavour and character.
