Traditional Moroccan green tea with mint is usually drunk sweet - very, very sweet. This is due to the use of Gunpowder Green, a tea so strong that it needs sugar to remove the astringency. We opted for a more delicate Chunmi green tea, known as Precious Eyebrow. We thought it would be better to change the base tea than to save our teeth.
