Spice Drops are concentrated extracts of herbs, fruits and flowers that retain all of their natural goodness and flavor.

Cardamom is a wonderful addition to savory and sweet dishes. We use cardamom from Kerala and South India. Cardamom has great flavor and a little goes a long way. It goes particularly well with rice dishes (sweet and savory) and fish dishes, and also pairs well with chocolate and coffee.

1 drop = 4 pods or 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
