Awarded 2 stars at the Great Taste Awards 2018. Our new BBQ salt range is a blend of flavoured Halen Mon salts to make your BBQ even more delicious. We looked at ways to add extra flavour to the cooking process and looked at the main basics of seasoning meat. Ross and Ross Food have worked with Halen Mon on many shows over the years so we approached them with the idea of ​​blending different flavoured salts with the world's finest sea salt. We decided to blend different versions to achieve a "meaty BBQ taste". We then settled on two versions with smoked, garlic and charcoal salt and a spicy version with chilli added.
