We have looked at every area of ​​the cooking process and how we can improve and enhance it. We then tried many different oils to see which one was best for cooking with, and Cotswold rapeseed oil was the clear winner. This particular oil was chosen as the best oil for barbecuing as it has a very high burn point and can withstand high temperatures.
Next, we looked to add additional flavour to the dish. We tried a variety of infused oils and found two great blends. We focused on a smoked oil with charcoal, garlic and chilli. The aim is to give subtle background notes of barbecue and build layers of flavour. We specialise in our multi-award winning cold pressed virgin rapeseed oil.
Made from original Cotswold rapeseed oil and smoked in small batches over beechwood for 18 hours, it imparts a unique depth of flavour to any dish.
