Rosebud Preserves is based in three 19th century barns near Masham in North Yorkshire. Since 1989, our products have been made with a focus on careful sourcing, generous portions, simple recipes, natural sets relying solely on the characteristics of the fruit, unrefined sugar and expert cooking. Preserve making has a long and distinguished history and we are proud to be part of that tradition. As we source special ingredients, gather them from the wild, create traditional recipes and practice authentic techniques, we stay true to our roots and do our best to create jams that you will love to enjoy.
