A monovarietal 100% natural extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed exclusively from Koronechi olives to produce a flavorful, fruity olive oil with a very fresh, grassy aroma that goes through three distinct stages, starting with a fresh, grassy flavor likened to freshly cut herbs, moving to a banana-like fruity flavor, and finishing with a light spicy peppery finish.

We work with neighbouring farmers in the region to carefully hand-pick our olives as a cooperative and cold-press them in our local presses. We have been serving the local Cretan community for generations. Preserving traditional harvesting methods and respecting age-old traditions, Koroneki olives are hand-picked so there is no impact on wildlife during harvesting. The olives are bagged and cold-pressed the same day in the cooperative's mill, which has been the soul of the community for generations. Our extra virgin olive oil is naturally low in acidity, offering an excellent quality flavour with high nutritional value.
