Our single varietal 100% natural extra virgin olive oil is cold pressed exclusively from Koronechi olives to produce a richly flavored, fruity olive oil with a very fresh, grassy aroma.

The flavour goes through three distinct stages: Fresh Grassiness - Likened to freshly cut herbs, it has fruity banana-like overtones and finishes with a lightly spicy peppery finish.

Place of Origin: Lasithi Prefecture, Crete, Greece

Together we work as a cooperative with local neighbouring farmers to carefully hand-pick the olives and cold-press them in local presses that have been serving our Cretan local communities for generations.

We continue to preserve our traditions: Respecting harvesting methods and ancient traditions, Koronechi olives are harvested by hand, so there is no impact on wildlife during the harvest. The olives are bagged and cold pressed the same day in the cooperative mill that has been the soul of the community for generations.
