Organic Sprouted GABA Rice, also known as Germinated Brown Rice (GBR), is made from the highest quality Thai Jasmine whole grain rice that is naturally sprouted before milling.


The germination process stimulates the production of vitamins, nutrients and amino acids within the rice grain to prepare it for growth. Once it has reached the maximum possible nutritional levels after 24 hours, it is parboiled to lock in all the added vitamins, nutrients and amino acids, especially gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA).
