My homemade granola was always popular with B&B guests in Oxfordshire in the 1990s, but it took several years for my work as an organic farmer in Wales to awaken my awareness of the importance of real food and inspire me to develop a granola range. Now I search the world for natural ingredients with exciting flavours to complement the breakfast table.

I first tasted fresh mango in West Africa many years ago and have always wanted to experience that wonderful fruity flavor again. This tropical granola is made with rich mango puree, baked with mango chunks and macadamia nuts. Macadamia nuts are absolutely delicious and contain the highest amount of beneficial monounsaturated fats of any nut. Serve with yogurt or milk and add your favorite fresh fruit for a sustaining high fiber breakfast. Or sprinkle on your evening fruit dessert or ice cream as a crunchy topping.
