But if you've only ever seen crispbreads that taste like cardboard, and you eat a few of these topped with half a Capricorn soft goat cheese when you're tired of cooking or have had a big lunch, you'll realise this. They are a delightful light supper. Whenever I want something to eat, whatever the time of day, Leksand crispbreads slathered in crème de Saint Agur are my favourite.
