"These Swedish crispbreads are just gorgeous. Of course, it may seem questionable to describe crispbread as gorgeous, but anyone who has only ever seen cardboard-like, tasteless crispbreads will realise this when they eat a few of them topped with half a piece of Capricorn soft goat cheese when they are tired of cooking or have had a heaping lunch. It is a very happy light supper. My first choice, whatever the time of day, is Leksand crispbread slathered in crème de Saint Agur.
