"Mezzi" means half, and rigatoni comes from the Italian word "rigato," which means "raised" or "striated," making them perfect for holding pasta sauces.
La Molisana Whole Wheat Mezzi Half Rigatoni Pasta is perfect with rich sauces, fish and vegetables.
It is rich in dietary fiber (8%) and is also packed with vitamins and minerals.

Made with 100% carefully selected premium Italian durum wheat and fresh mountain water with a high mineral content and low sodium content. With over 14% protein, this pasta is very easy to cook and digest.
The family-owned business selects and mills its own durum wheat and controls the entire production chain from grain to fork. They use bronze perforated metal plates to cut and shape the pasta. These bronze plates produce a finished pasta with a rough, porous texture. Bronze-die pasta absorbs sauces effectively, improving the mouthfeel and flavor of pasta dishes.
For perfect pasta - Cook pasta in salted boiling water. Use 1 litre of water for every 100g of pasta. Cook pasta for 12 minutes for perfectly al dente pasta.
