Pasta making is an art, and the La Molisana family has been perfecting it for four generations.

This versatile whole wheat pasta is perfect for pasta bakes, salads, or one-pan dishes. La Molisana Whole Wheat Fusilli pairs well with a variety of sauces, from rich and creamy to lighter sauces such as pesto. The spirals of the fusilli are perfect for holding the sauce.
It is rich in dietary fiber (8%) and has high vitamin and mineral content.

Made with 100% carefully selected premium Italian durum wheat and fresh mountain water, rich in minerals and low in sodium content. With over 14% protein, this pasta is very easy to cook and digest. Chefs love it because it doesn't overcook!

The family-owned business selects and mills its own durum wheat and controls the entire production chain from grain to fork. They use bronze perforated metal plates to cut and shape the pasta. These bronze plates produce a finished pasta with a rough, porous texture. Bronze-die pasta absorbs sauces effectively, improving the mouthfeel and flavor of pasta dishes.

For perfect pasta - Cook pasta in salted boiling water. Use 1 litre of water for every 100g of pasta. Cook pasta for 11 minutes for perfectly al dente pasta.
