Panificio Bo has a long history, having been founded in 1820 in Rocchetta Tanaro, a small town in the middle of Monferrato, just 60 km from Asti. Over the decades it has grown from a small village bakery into a modern company able to meet the needs of the market whilst always respecting tradition.

Driven by a love of good food and handmade products, Panificio Bo still follows ancient recipes and practices to create high-quality, authentic products.

The materials are carefully selected and all products are handmade according to the Piedmontese tradition.

The recipe is simple: just a few ingredients, no preservatives and handmade production are all you need to create a real, tasty product that is easy to digest.
