Certified PGI (Protected Geographical Indication), Il Tinello Red Label is aged in oak barrels, giving it a mellow sweetness and balanced acidity. This rich sweet-tart flavor makes it an extremely versatile ingredient in the kitchen. With a Brix grade of 65, it pairs well with risotto, meat, fish, and even fruits and desserts.
