Our flagship red wine comes from the Languedoc department in the south of France and is produced by Oluet Romany, one of the region's finest wineries. The donkey featured on the front label is named Dédé and is both the family pet and a long-time member of the team at this impressive estate. The wine itself comes from low-yielding vineyards around the Corbières appellation and is a blend of equal parts Carignan, Grenache, Syrah and Merlot.
