Grown at high altitude and recently rediscovered, this low-yielding Harvey Nichols Pecorino 15 was saved from extinction by a dedicated group of local winemakers. Made exclusively from fruit grown in the estate's organic vineyards, the grapes are hand-harvested and fermented naturally in medium-sized oak barrels, before resting on the lees for a further six months to give the wine rich complexity and texture.

The label pays tribute to an Italian legend in which a flock of sheep, or Pecola, nibbles on the grapes as they migrate to summer pastures.
