The image on the front label of Harvey Nichols Malbec is of the Andean Condor, the national symbol of Argentina. The Condor lives in the mountains that cover the Valle de Uco where this wine is produced. From select plots of Malbec, the grapes are hand-harvested from 10-20 year old vines located at an altitude of 1,100 meters in a cool climate. The resulting Harvey Nichols wine is aged for three months in new French oak before being bottled unfiltered. The wine has a deep ruby ​​color and displays pronounced aromas of violets, red cherries and vanilla. On the palate, it is soft and juicy with flavors of ripe berries, cocoa and mixed spices, perfectly balanced and culminating in a long, rounded finish.
