Made from the finest hand-picked fruit sourced from specially selected vineyards across the Chalk Downs of Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and Dorset, and carefully assembled by Digby's Master Blender, a harmonious blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, the grapes are aged on the lees for around three years, giving the wine a toasty complexity and creamy texture.
