Mix it with some Gouda palmiers and Emmental straws. Things are about to get seriously cheesy. This experience is nothing like the Eurovisions, wedding discos and student nights of the late 90s and early 1990s. Homemade buttery puff pastry is mixed with good old North Dutch Gouda aged for a year and the finest Swiss cheese (don't worry, there are holes poked in it so the cheese doesn't fall out) and baked until crispy, golden and flaky. Whatever you listen to while you eat it, we won't judge you.


Our decadently cheesy Naughty Nibbles range was made especially for us by Van Strien, a family-run business in the Netherlands that has been baking for six generations. We fell in love with them because they make everything by hand, not by machine, use creamy butter from grass-fed cows, the finest local Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) cheeses and absolutely no artificial additives. They taste just like they were lovingly baked at home, but without the fuss and hassle, making them even more delicious to enjoy with a cold beer, a glass of wine, a gin and tonic or a refreshing elderflower cordial.
