This exceptional Chablis is produced for Harvey Nichols by Domaine Alain Geoffroy, one of the appellation's most respected producers. The image on the front of the label references Alain's extensive collection of antique corkscrews on display in the Domaine's museum. Sourced from old-vine Premier Cru vineyards, this no-oak style is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes and vinified in stainless steel tanks to accentuate the wine's regional character. Understated yet complex, our eponymous wine exhibits distinctive aromas of apple, citrus fruit and toasted honey, with a touch of minerality. Dry and refreshing on the palate, this wine is well-balanced and deep, making it an ideal partner for a wide range of seafood and white meat dishes.
