Produced exclusively from low-yielding, hand-picked Riesling grapes, this unoaked white wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks to highlight the vibrant regional characteristics. Pale straw in color, this exceptionally cool-climate Watervale Riesling is dry on the palate with refreshing acidity and offers aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers, with a touch of minerality. Beautifully balanced, this wine is equally delicious on its own or as the perfect partner to a variety of salad-style dishes, especially Asian-inspired dishes. Harvey Nichols is proud to feature an image on the front label paying tribute to Mort Mitchell, founder and winemaker of the award-winning winery, Kirikanoon, and father of Kevin. Mort first planted the vines on the now-infamous Mort's Block vineyard nearly 40 years ago, and continues to lovingly tend the vines to this day, along with his trusty pruning shears, or "cuts."
