Italian dried pasta.
100% durum wheat semolina.
From Gragnano, near Naples, Italy.
Perfect for vegetarians.
Garofalo has been making pasta for over 300 years in Gragnano, near Naples, Italy, the home of pasta. Made from 100% hardy desert durum wheat and shaped using bronze molds, Garofalo pasta is given its premium taste and texture.
Spaghetti all'chitarra resembles spaghetti but is square-shaped. Chitarra, meaning guitar, was traditionally made by placing a flat sheet of pasta on thin steel strings (like guitar strings) encased in a wooden frame. When the sheet was pressed against the device, the wires were strummed and the cut pieces of pasta fell out. Vegan, vegetarian and kosher
