Fusilloni are the big brother of the hugely popular fusilli, similar in shape but only twice the size. Their corkscrew shape makes them ideal for thick, meaty sauces such as ragu. Fusilloni are also great for pasta bakes, as they retain their texture even after a long bake in the oven.
