Excelsior Water Crackers were first produced in 1911 at 2 Church Street, Kingston using a wood-fired brick oven, which gave them their special flavour and "toughness". Today, Excelsior Water Crackers remain uniquely Jamaican and a favourite part of the Jamaican diet. Enjoy them as a breakfast cereal with cheese, Solomon Ghandi, steamed fish or just as a healthy snack.
