Our organic homemade pasta is traditionally made with fine Italian type "O" pasta flour, a light white flour rich in protein that can also be used in pizza and bread making.

As well as being a satisfying and rewarding activity, baking at home allows us to choose the highest quality, local, seasonal ingredients and be sure of what's going into our food. The whole family can enjoy delicious homemade food. We often double the recipes and freeze half once baked to eat at a later date.
"Our flour mills produce a wide range of flours from a variety of natural grains, beans and seeds, without the addition of refined gluten or enzymes. We blend specific grain varieties to make sure the resulting flour has the best properties for the type of baking it will be used for. This means soft wheat varieties for cakes, pastries and sauces, or strong hard wheat varieties for bread making flour. More unusual flours have their own characteristics and uses. If you're on a special diet, look for a flour that suits your situation.
