We know that the quintessential vegan, gluten-free or allergen-free pancake mix is something that is made at home or made at home. Standard Recipe
• 2 large eggs • 130ml milk

Vegan Recipes
• 200ml of your favorite milk
• 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
How to make it
- Place a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil (if you are making waffles, preheat your waffle maker)
- Mix. Combine the wet ingredients in a bowl, thinking about all the delicious toppings you want to use.
- Add this pancake mix and vanilla if desired. Stir until the batter is combined but still a little lumpy to retain air and make your pancakes or waffles fluffy.
- Using a ladle, measuring spoon or measuring spoon, pour the batter into the pan or add it to the waffle maker. < br>- Cook for about 1 minute until bubbles begin to pop on the surface, then carefully flip using a spatula. It takes 3-5 minutes to make waffles in the waffle maker.
- Cook the other side for 30 seconds until golden brown, then transfer to a plate and prepare the next step.
