The natural oils obtained by cold pressing the ripe peels of fresh oranges give this chocolate an incredibly tangy yet mellow taste, resulting in a beautifully balanced flavour. Chocolate and Love uses the finest cacao and other premium ingredients to produce the highest quality organic chocolate. Their cacao is sourced from Fairtrade certified cooperatives in Peru, Dominican Republic and Panama. Every aspect of their business is run as ethically as possible, including minimising fuel usage and using FSC certified paper for their packaging.
