In the North and South, we worked with La Maja, an award-winning oil producer.

It's a unique blend of two classic Spanish oil styles: we chose the creamy, mellow Arbequina from the north and combined it with vibrant southern flavours with the addition of rich Picual.

This Great Taste Award winner is an excellent wine. "House" olive oil. Flavorful enough for cooking and pairs well with salads and sauces.
