Spring honey is our softset variety and is harvested from rapeseed, hawthorn and plum blossoms in Somerset, Yorkshire and Northamptonshire.

It's a great honey to spread on your morning toast or use in baking.
All of our honey is single-source, meaning it comes from a single place - this place and that name - and every jar has the beekeeper's name printed on it.
Each jar purchased supports pollinators by donating 2% of all sales to create wildflower meadows, which are important habitats for honeybees.

Our honey is raw and may solidify over time. If it melts, simply warm it gently to re-liquefy. Not suitable for babies under 12 months. Store at room temperature.
