It's late summer, and the olive trees in the lush, sun-drenched region of Cerignola are bursting with fruit and ready to be harvested. Perfect green olives are hand-picked at just the right time, just before they ripen, to arrive firm and juicy.


With a short preservation process and a focus on freshness and flavour, each olive is seasoned according to a traditional Puglian recipe, then preserved in a low-salt brine to maximise the subtle sweetness.


Expertly pitted for ease of use, our olives can be enjoyed as a quick snack, as part of a mezze platter or of course on pizza. They are also perfect as an appetizer straight from the jar or mixed with garlic and capers as a 10-minute tapenade.
