When picked and prepared, these black olives are depitted and ready to eat. As part of the world-famous Peranzana olive variety, they are beloved for their plump firmness and sweet, balanced flavor.


Organically grown in the fertile soils of northern Puglia, our black olives are carefully hand-picked at the peak of ripeness. They are then seasoned according to ancient Puglia recipes, soaked in a low-sodium brine and packed within hours of harvest. Peranzana olives have been grown in the region since the 18th century and we follow local traditions to ensure an authentic taste from harvest to table.
