We are Bertinet Bakery, a true sourdough bakery.
Our potato, polenta, bread doughs and onion loaf are made by baking roasted potatoes with their skins on in a bread oven and kneading them into dough to create a deliciously rich and aromatic sourdough. No artificial preservatives, yeast or sugar are used. They are simple, carefully sourced ingredients that are slow fermented and expertly batch baked.
Our Half Bloomer range is sourced from sustainably grown whole wheat that's naturally packed with flavour and deliciousness. Truly delicious bread comes from great grains grown in better soils and by farmers who promote biodiversity in the fields. This is important, as delicate ecosystems produce incredibly tasty flours that leave the planet better off than when we found it.
It's the same craft sourdough sold at bakeries and farmers markets, but sliced and available at your local store. Professionally batch baked and slow fermented real sourdough, hand shaped slow fermented, no added sugar, no additives, no artificial preservatives, suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Vegan
