Beringa honey is completely natural. As a pure, natural honey, it does react to changes in temperature and storage conditions. Crystallization of Beringa honey is not uncommon and is easily remedied by slowly heating the honey (and the jar it comes in) in a bowl of boiling water or leaving it in a hot room or place. However, do not use it in the microwave as this will only cause it to recrystallize quickly.


Crystallization is natural and safe, and is not a sign of mold spores or anything else undesirable.
