Barilla Pesto with Rocket 190g

Basil and Rocket Pesto is made with a combination of four different Italian herbs, giving our Basil and Rocket Pesto an even more fragrant and green color. The star of the flavor is Italian basil, with the peppery flavor of rocket enriching the bitterness of the green pesto variety. The other two hero ingredients are Pecorino Romano DOP and Ricotta Cheese. You can use Basil Pesto and Rocket Pesto with any pasta cut you like.

Stir the pesto into the pasta, adding a little water to help the pesto stick to the pasta to create a smooth sauce. Use approximately 40g pesto for every 80g dry pasta and a splash of olive oil. Or spread from the jar on bruschetta or crackers for a delicious appetizer.
