Harissa paste is a warming & fragrant chili paste with tomatoes and garlic - a staple in Middle Eastern cuisine originating from North Africa.


Medium Spice There are so many exciting flavours and cuisines from across the Middle East, why not unleash your adventurous side with Alfez Harissa Spice Paste.

For a great mid-week meal, marinate 300g cubed chicken breasts in 2 tablespoons of harissa paste mixed with 2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill on a griddle over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through.

Garnish with finely chopped parsley and serve with Alfez's Moroccan Spiced Couscous.
