Foundation is a dark roast blend of Guatemalan, Sumatran and Ethiopian coffees, resulting in a well-balanced, heavy-bodied coffee. Foundation is an "unrestrained" Arabica blend that reflects the dark, sweet roasts of Southern Italy and Sicily.

We roast our coffee by hand in small batches to create the delicious flavor and aroma of each individual cup of coffee.
