Premium Early Harvest Monovarietal Arbequina Cold Extracted Extra Virgin Olive Oil Oro Bailén Arbequina (500ml) is a mild to medium green fruity monovarietal single estate olive, early harvested (October), cold extracted (within 2 hours) and ultra filtered in Spain. - A premium extra virgin olive oil with low acidity (less than 0.25%), produced by Oro Bailén, one of the most awarded olive oil producers in the world (99 points in the International Olive Oil Guide, Flos Olay), based in Jaén, Andalusia, after José Gálvez, took over the family business.
2. Objectively Superior Quality This ultra-low acidity (less than 0.25%) single estate premium extra virgin olive oil is produced during the first two weeks of the harvest, usually in October. It is cold extracted within two hours and filtered to preserve its flavor and quality throughout the storage period.
3. Mild to medium fruity, smooth and delicate with a medium peppery finish.
