Our organic blackstrap molasses is a natural by-product of traditional sugar cane refining. We use only the "tertiary extract" which has the least sugar, the highest mineral concentration (rich in iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium) and is nutritionally most important.
Our blackstrap molasses is naturally gluten and dairy free and contains: No added sugar or salt, suitable for vegans and vegetarians; Organic, Fairtrade, rich in iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium, suitable for vegans.
