La Molisana's N.103 Tagliatelle Pasta has a rich yellow color and firm texture, making it the perfect foundation for a wide range of dishes. Tagliatelle is slightly wider than fettuccine but thinner.

Made with 100% carefully selected premium Italian durum wheat and fresh mountain water, rich in minerals and low in sodium. With over 14% protein, this pasta is extremely easy to cook and digest. Chefs love it because it doesn't need to be overcooked!
The family-owned business selects and mills its own durum wheat and controls the entire production chain from grain to fork. They use bronze perforated metal plates to cut and shape the pasta. These bronze plates produce a finished pasta with a rough, porous texture. Bronze-die pasta absorbs sauces effectively, improving the mouthfeel and flavor of pasta dishes.

For perfect pasta - Cook pasta in salted boiling water. Use 1 litre of water for every 100g of pasta. Cook pasta for 9 minutes for perfectly al dente pasta.
