Penne is one of the most popular pasta shapes due to its versatility. Rigate means "ridges" and these ridges help the pasta hold more sauce. It's perfect for rich creamy sauces like penne arrabbiata, tomato sauces, or chunky vegetable or meat sauces.

The family-owned business selects and mills its own durum wheat and controls the entire production chain from grain to fork. They use bronze perforated metal plates to cut and shape the pasta. For perfect pasta - Cook pasta in salted boiling water. Use 1 litre of water for every 100g of pasta. Cook pasta for 12 minutes for perfectly al dente pasta.
