Kim Kong Kimchi makes incredibly tasty lacto-fermented kimchi using Chinese cabbage, carrots and green onions. Every jar is a spicy, sour, unpasteurized lactobacillus party packed with goodness. Raw, vegan and probiotic, we use sweet, slightly smoky "gochugaru" chili flakes to preserve the traditional flavor and rich, deep color. To make our kimchi accessible to everyone, we don't use seafood and instead use aged vegan red miso to bring out the umami flavor. While some kimchi are bottled in just 3-4 days, ours are fermented for over a week to give it a richer, more developed flavor.


Kimkong Kimchi is packaged in reusable glass jars.
