Falchioni il Casolare is an olive oil in a superior category, extracted at low temperature by mechanical means to obtain a first class extra virgin olive oil: the olives are naturally processed at low temperatures, without any chemical treatment, to produce an extra virgin olive oil that maintains its high quality and gives a rich and unique flavour.


This is an unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, so you may find a small amount of sediment at the bottom of the bottle.


ORGANIC <br>Falchioni cultivates over 640 hectares of its own olive groves throughout Umbria, Lazio, Puglia, Tuscany, Sicily and Sardinia. This organic extra virgin olive oil is produced using organic farming methods, without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, controlled by ICEA (Institute of Ethical and Environmental Studies).
