Hotel Chocolat's Gianduja Bombe is filled with the silkiest, smoothest dark hazelnut praline that melts in your mouth like butter. The Gianduja Bombe isn't one to stick to the norm, it's made with 58% hazelnuts, although the Gianduja guidelines state it should contain around 40% hazelnuts.


Simple Dark Truffle combines incredibly smooth 85% dark chocolate with real whipped cream to create an elegant dark ganache. Hotel Chocolat chooses to use cocoa beans from Ghana, whose natural, mellow flavour allows all the nuances of the cocoa bean to shine.


Finally, Hotel Chocolat's Dark Rum Truffles are made with a generous amount of St. Lucia's Golden Rum, which forges its way down the road from the Laborto Estate cocoa plantations and boasts aromas of raisins, tobacco and spices.
