To create the perfect cup, simply add 35g (about 6 teaspoons) of Hotel Chocolat real chocolate. Transfer the flakes to the Velvetiser pot. Then add your milk of choice - dairy, nut or plant-based - before pressing the button. Let the Velvetiser work its magic - after 2.5 minutes you'll have barista-grade whipped chocolate velvet in your hands.


If you don't have a Velvetizer, you can also make a classic 70% hot chocolate on the stovetop, but be careful not to boil it as this will destroy the cocoa's alluring top notes.
