This pack of Colman's Fish Pie Seasoning Mix helps you create a delicious and hearty meal the whole family will enjoy. Serves 4, Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 30 minutes, 1 packet of Colman's Fish Pie Seasoning Mix, 300ml semi-skimmed milk, 400g fish pie mix, 600g mashed potatoes, 50g grated cheddar cheese. Combine contents of packet with milk in a saucepan, bring to the boil stirring constantly, reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. Add fish and poach very gently for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through. Place in a warm ovenproof pie dish. Mound mashed potatoes evenly over the fish, sprinkle with grated cheese and place under a preheated grill and bake until golden brown and bubbly on top.
