Lean fried steak 450g
1 onion < 115g mushrooms
1 red bell pepper 300ml semi-skimmed milk
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté beef and onion over high heat for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and pepper.
Mix the contents of the sachet with the milk and pour over the beef. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes or until beef is cooked through.
Serve with freshly cooked rice and a green salad.
